2015 will welcome the first lady of musical theatre Elaine Paige, Scarborough is also gearing up for the summer’s biggest party, our ‘Legends of Pop 80’s’ concert, with smash hits from the 80s. Add to that the spectacular Last Night of the Proms concert featuring Alfie Boe, a special tribute to the UK’s Armed Forces, coinciding with Scarborough Armed Forces Day. Experience the closest thing to the sound of the hugely successful original line-up at UB40 Reunited’s Scarborough date, which will be part of a huge world tour, with the group playing all the past hits and new tracks from recently released new album, Silhouette. UB40 Reunited are Ali Campbell, the legendary voice and principal songwriter of UB40, reunited with vocalist, percussionist and trumpeter Astro and keyboard player Mickey Virtue, all of which are founding members of the original UB40.
